We are providing an iPhone, iPod, iPad, Beats and Mac carry-in repair services, and the major focus in hardware diagnostic service. Please carry the iPhone, iPod or iPad with the valid proof of purchase when you visit our repair centers.
All information saved in the device will be lost during the repair,please do the backup in advance.
For product beyond valid warranty period, an Inspection Fee (iPhone - HK$/MOP$240; iPod, iPad & Beats - HK$/MOP$150; Mac - HK$/MOP$600) will be charged for initial examination of the product and is not refundable.
Customer is required to visit the service center in person upon requesting service and has to present such identification document and repair order for verification while picking up the product. An authorization letter with a copy valid identification document of customer and repair order are strictly required if customer appoints a third person to pick up the product.
